Member Care

Member care is the preparing, equipping, supporting, sustaining, and retooling of global workers who often serve in cross-cultural settings with various hardships and challenges.

Member care may be provided by the sending organization or outside formal employer channels. It may include pre-employment screening, pre-deployment preparation, on field support, or debriefing upon repatriation. Retreats, consultation, coaching, spiritual direction, pastoral care, and counseling may all be utilized.
