Spiritual Formation
Spiritual Direction is a mechanism for both spiritual formation and soul care: a process, carried out in a one-to-one relationship, of establishing and maintaining a growth orientation/direction in one’s faith life.
Group and individual spiritual direction.
In addition to mental health professionals the family room offers spiritual direction, the integration of mindfulness approaches and historic contemplative practices, and collaboration with pastors, executive coaches, and chaplains.
John DelHousaye
John is Theologian in Residence/Soul Care with the Spiritual Formation Society of Arizona and Professor of Biblical and Theological Studies at Arizona Chrisitan University. He serves as elder of spiritual formation at Redemption Church, Alhambra. John has authored several articles and books on spiritual disciplines as well as a multi volume series on the fourfold gospels.
Brenda Dinell
Brenda is a certified Spiritual Director and a member of the Spiritual Formation Society of Arizona. She is a graduate of Phoenix Seminary and the Leadership Transformation Selah Program. Brenda is also a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association.
